What are Sequences?
- A sequence is a list of numbers written in a defined order, ascending or descending, following a specific rule.
- Each of the numbers of making up a sequence is called a term of that sequence.
- Thus one sequence is made up of many different terms.
- A sequence can also be called a progression.
- Sequences may be finite or infinite.
- Finite sequences have a specific number of terms that are created before the sequence is "done".
- On the other hand, infinite sequences go on forever.
