What are Radians?
- Radians are an alternate way to measure angles.
- They are found by dividing the length of an arc by the radius of the circle.

- Radians can be converted to degrees through the formula:

Unit Circle
- The unit circle is a very useful tool when it comes to trigonometric equations.
- It is a circle on a coordinate plane with it's center at the origin and a radius of 1.

- A triangle can be drawn to any point on the circle, with the hypotenuse being the radius, 1.
- From this circle we can determine sine and cosine values for various degrees, as the sine value will be the vertical distance divided by the radius and cosine will be the horizontal distance divided by the radius.
