Location

  • Location can either be relative or absolute.
  • Absolute location is the exact location of a place and is represented in coordinates.
  • Distances between absolute locations can easily be measured and given values such as kilometers or degrees or a coordinate system.
  • Relative location is based on how far a place is from the point of view of a person.
  • It is different for every person and perspective and context has a great impact on relative location.
